How to get to Goettingen
By air
Göttingen is close to two International Airports Hanover and Frankfurt/Main.
From Frankfurt Airport there is a train connection every hour (one change at Frankfurt Main Station) and every two hours even a direct train. Travel time between 2 and 2.5 hours.
From Hanover there is as well a train connection every 30 minutes, one change at Hanover main station. Travel time 1 hour.
By train
Göttingen can be reached by ICE trains coming from Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Kassel, Braunschweig and many other cities. More Information...

How to get to the Conference Venue Pauliner Kirche
By car
Take the A7 exit 72, 'Göttingen-Nord' and follow Kasseler Landstraße - Groner Landstraße - Groner-Tor-Straße in the direction city centre. You can park your car in the multi-storey car park Groner-Tor-Straße. Cross the Papendiek, you will see the Lichtenberghof to your right. Here is the entrance to the Historical Building.
From the train station
Exit the train station in the direction of the city centre. Cross the square in the direction of the Bus Terminal, cross Berliner Straße at the pedestrian crossing with traffic lights. Walk straight on along Goethe Allee (merges into Prinzenstraße). The Historical Building is located at the corner of Prinzenstraße and Papendiek, on the banks of the Leinekanal.
